We are a small family of 3. I am a Singaporean and my husband is a Singaporean PR. We have a 3 year old daughter who can be shy at first and needs time to warm up to strangers. Although my husband works from home, we need extra eyes/someone to look after her from 3-5pm on the weekdays (Tues-Thurs).
