I have 3 active boys and would require preferably a babysitter who can commit regularly/ have predictable schedule every week. I would need her to babysit if ever my child is unwell and cannot go to school/ if I have to come home late from work on some days. I would be okay with any babysitter as long as she is able to care for my children well.
